"The Best Western plaza in in pigeon forge was by far the cleanest and nicest hotel I have stayed in for the price range. We got the room with the fireplace in it which was really nice. The room smelled clean and fresh everyday and our housekeeper Nelly (or Holly) was thorough and thoughtful. The room was extremely spacious and inviting. Enjoyed the multiple pools and hot tubs very much. The breakfast each morning was excellent for a continental breakfast. Offerings include biscuits and gravy,...
