My 2 room villa was nice and spacious. It was equipped with everything that me and my family needed. The lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas and it gave a great homely vibe. What could have been better: the Bald Caucasian guy that checked me in at 1am on Christmas day. I asked him about a price difference and he acted like its wasnt his problem, nor did he try to help me figure out why the price was different then what was quoted online. Also, I've been to many resorts and I am a timeshare owner myself, and this one does not have many amenities at all. I also didn't like that we had to pay for new towels or wash them ourselves if we needed new ones-Which was told to me by the front desk agent. There also wasn't any activities on Christmas day like the other resorts. If so, I was not informed. I wasn't informed on anything. I had to read the 2 page form they had and had to ask questions.
