When we first got there to check in the lady at check in was on the phone and have a conversation on the phone and talking to customers at the same time. We get to the room and there is a hole in the wall, and roaches crawling on everything. Went back to the check in and told her I’d like a refund and I was not staying there.

This was the west hotel I have EVER stayed in. The staff was terrible. The rooms were fills of bugs and holes and the locks didn’t work. The staff refused to speak to the expedia staff Ahmed trying to help the situation. I will never again stay here.

We found a bed bug in the bath tub and several roaches !! The freezer stank, no tv remote and the coffee maker wasnt all together "was missing a piece" . Our bed covers and sheets both had stains on them!! Plus our door wouldn't lock properly , we had to shut the door hard in order for it to latch !! Over all bad experience !!!

The front desk gave me a room key and we drove around to the room and I got out first to open the door and I walked in on a family in the bed. Went back to the desk and she gave me another room and key. The toilet was leaking and floor was wet , small roaches in the bathroom, tub wasn’t clean and there were 2 towels and 1 wash cloth. Thankfully the bedding was clean.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Cockroaches everywhere! Beds were cheap and horrible. holes in the walls. Lights didn’t work. Shower had a hole in the wall. I will never stay here again. Staff were unhelpful when I asked where the elevator was I was told “no”

I liked the quietness and friendliness the staff was. The only problem we had was there was a couple cockroaches in the room. They were dead so we know the hotel does try to keep things clean. We will go back one day

The property didn’t have water. The room was dirty had cockroaches, the beds were dirty, the tv was broken. Overall experience was awful. Drove 2 hours to have a little vacation before the holidays and had to leave because of all this mess.

The room not properly cleaned. The floors were filthy, the mattress protectors and sheets had huge urine stains all over them. Cockroaches crawling up the walls & in the floor. The toilet was leaking water in the floor. Bathtub faucet never stopped dripping water. The smoke detector beeped every minute. No working wifi or tv. The mini fridge smelled. The people at the front desk didn’t see an issue in anything & didn’t care. We will never be back.

Rude employee at the check in counter. The room had a dead bug in the bathtub and roaches crawling up the wall. The comforter on the bed had holes in it. The room was very noisy and door didn’t seal saw cracks at top and bottom of the door. Probably the worst motel I’ve booked in Pigeon Forge. I won’t ever book here again.
