"When come Cancun, I stay here. Inexpensive Clean and Decent Area. I had challenge with room, A/C wasn’t strong and door didn’t lock properly. But spoke with receptionist and took care of it quickly. They gave me a better room with outdoor balcony and WiFi access room. It’s quiet clean room with good restaurant and across from yaught dock to canal with little tropical fish come by. Very safe clean area and walking distance to street to get bus. It’s perfect cause don’t spend a lot time in room....

"We stayed here for 2 weeks. I honestly came with low expectations, but I would return to stay again! Property is older but clean and does look good. WiFi was not great in our rooms. We had to go to the common areas for it to work best. But I was fine with the chance to disconnect. We had booked regular rooms and were upgraded to ocean facing rooms. That was a huge bonus to us!
