"This is a beautiful resort. We felt welcomed, and there was so much entertainment provided and amenities available, that we didn’t even need to leave the hotel if we didn’t want to. The restaurants were excellent and the hospitality was great. The only thing I have to say is that the hot tub in the room can use some disinfecting, because when we turned on the water and filled the tub, orange dirt starting coming out of the jets, which made me not want to go into the tub. We notified the concierge and they sent housekeeping to clean the tub the next day. "

"Overall, great place to stay. We enjoyed the food, on-site entertainment, and close proximity to the Playa Del Carmen strip. Rooms are a great size. You can tell the property has aged (visible repairs and cracked tiles) but it's clean. Spa prices are a little high but perhaps it's comparable to the other hotels in the area. We definitely recommend this hotel to others and we will come back."
