"My family had a great time. Kids really enoyed the kids club which was included and the water park, also the beach was beautiful. The food was good too, we enjoyed the italian restaurant on the resort the most, they sang happy birthday and brought a piece of cake complimentary for my husband. Friendly staff and so clean. Everyone is always maintaining and cleaning the property inside and outside. Room service was available 24 hours so that helped as we landed late the 1st night. Great experience overall for families with young children"

They should told me the true before to schedule an appointment for me to go there. Another thing regarding food options would be to have the traditional Dominican plates always available. In our first trip, that aspect was excellent. They asked what did we want to eat….!in this trip, when I have asked for plantains, tostones, mofongo they have told they don’t have and offered mash potatoes. To re schedule transportation to the airport should be more help from that company since my trip was paid in Miami and it was a round trip. "
