Umeda hotel rooms a the Sotetsu

"I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. They have a strict check in policy where you can’t get in one minute before the schedule check in time and the lobby gets filled with 100 people or more all waiting to check in, but they have five check in kiosk so the check-in goes fairly fast. They have a decent breakfast buffet that also gets really crowded. Even if you go as soon as it opens there will be a line. I don’t know if that’s cultural, but everybody seems to want to have their breakfast early so...

"We were able to make a last minute reservation when our original hotel reservation had an issue. From the time of booking on expedia to the time we were able to get in the room was about 30 minutes. Rooms are much more spacious than Apa and Grids hotels in same area"

"Very nice hotel with friendly staff! Rooms were a good size and amenities were provided! Very convenient as it connects directly to the underground and is within a 20 minutes (or so) walk to Umeda."

"위치가 너무 좋았어요!! 방이 작아 답답할거같아서고층에 시티뷰를 요청드렸는데 창문도 큰편이라 답답함을 느끼지 못하고 너무 좋았습니다. 뜨거운물도 잘 나오고 히터도 잘나와서 따뜻하게 지냈어요^^ 고베여행을 또 간다면 다음에도 이용할래요!!"

"the hotel is between Shinsaibashi metro and Nagaborihashi metro and there is an entrance/exit (south 5) near the underground shopping walkway between the 2 stations walkable to Shinsaibashi suji and Dotonburi with maybe eateries and shopping only downside is probably the size of the room, with the mini corridor in the room. barely any space to open the luggage"
