"They might we arrived we asked for an upgrade, which they happily did&the room was great. The staff were friendly - did their best to help. Google translate was a great help but we like that the reception area supplied free water/coffee, which was handy after a long day out. We really liked how there was souvenirs on the premises to buy, my husband looks his hat. Breakfast was lovely although would have like more variety.
