"I had mistakenly booked a room with only one bed. The hotel staff were very friendly and polite and helped me arrange for a new room with more beds and guided me through the new charges which were very affordable. We had a wonderful stay despite the initial stress. The hotel is very close to Shin-Fukushima station and getting around was easy! The hotel was very clean and quiet after a long day of site seeing. Would highly recommend!"

"My 2nd stay at the ANA Crowne Plaza in Osaka. A slightly different room, although very nice, the bed wasn’t as comfortable as the previous room. The staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel has lots of facilities and standards are high. The breakfast is outstanding and excellent value. The hotel is ideally located for the many attractions in Osaka. As well as 5 mins away, from the nearby metro station (Yodoabashi). I would definitely recommend the ANA Crowne Plaza to stay. "
