"Overall excellent property. Nice lobby. Appears they change the art installations frequently . Few quirks they take away the water from the lobby in the evenings. Also the bakery opens at 8 am. Would be ideal if opened earlier. Excellent rooftop. "

"3-5 minutes walk to 2 train station and Osaka Castle. Very quiet and convenient location. We really enjoyed our stay there, the hotel staff were very friendly and the service was really good. They do provide everything you need, including pajama. I didn't bring The cream for dry skin, the cream they provided really helped us a lot for the dry weather. Recommend Hotel New Otani if you wish to have a quiet and good rest after your busy day."
