"The hotel is in a great location and was very clean with attentive staff. The bed was comfortable. The sitting area in our room was a nice perk and there were additional sitting areas in the lobby. Cute book area in lobby with free water and hot or iced teas was also a great perk. I did not like the large step up into the bathroom and the lack of handrails on the stairwells. For safety, please install handrails on the stairs. "

"This hotel is in the middle of one of the busiest streets in kyoto so it’s not exactly the quietest place.. but overall the rooms were spacious and beautiful. The staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. There was lots of restaurants, karaoke, and endless shopping all around so that was very enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back whenever i return to kyoto :)"
