This was an amazing hotel. We picked this due to great transport links, a short walk to the castle and the rooms looked and were AMAZING. The room was so nice and it had a tablet by the bed that controlled all the lights and aircon. Like most Japanese hotels it had an amenities bar and pajamas were provided. Would definitely stay again

This hotel is right across the street from the train station and subway station. It’s also a quick walk to osaka castle. Staff was incredibly helpful with check in and storing our luggage. Rooms were also very clean and spacious! Loved the shower water pressure!

I’ve been staying almost 2 weeks in Japan for travel purposes. I’ve visit 3 different hotels including this one and I have to say, this is the best hotel I’ve stayed in Japan! Location is super quiet and train station is across the road. If you like quiet areas but also not far away from central, then this is the place for you. Highly recommended. If I’m coming back to Osaka again, I will definitely coming back to this hotel.

Room was modern, clean, and had a great view of the city. There was a beautiful view of Osaka Castle from the hotel corridor so more guests can enjoy. The staff were helpful and friendly.

We loved our stay at this hotel! We traveled with our 1.5 year old and they had a little baggy of items for him to use and play with. Great complimentary necessity items as well. Conveniently located across from train station and mall both easy to navigate. Hotel staff were absolutely amazing. 10/10 would recommend.

Lovely modern hotel. Only reason for 4 stars is that breakfast not great for western tastes. Daughter and I are not fussy but chose to breakfast locally despite paying for breakfast.

Very nice new hotel with clean and comfortable rooms and friendly, helpful staff. I can't give 5 stars, though, because the breakfast situation was a bit of a joke. To be fair, we stayed 3 nights over a holiday weekend, but the long wait to enter the breakfast room each morning (with guests filling the lobby area while waiting to be shown to a table) highlighted how small the dining room is compared with the number of rooms in the hotel. The single coffee machine also generated long queues each morning. The breakfast spread was delicious with plenty of vegetarian options, but unless you don't mind a long wait or are skipping breakfast, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
