Great value. Cold rooms because the heater turns off when you leave. Breakfast ends a little early for my liking. Good service except we had three people in our room and two pillows and when i asked for another pillow they said, "no".

外観からみるより中はとても綺麗です。（ロビー、レストラン、大浴場、部屋） お部屋はあまり使われた形跡がなく、綺麗でソファがあるのが便利でした。 食事も19時位に行き女性なら十分に量があり、味も満足です。スタッフの対応もしっかりしていて、女性スタッフがいるのも安心でした。大浴場の脱衣所はクーラーがきき涼しくて快適ですが、アジア系の若い女性が体を洗わず湯船にそのまま入っていったので、英語で張り紙をして欲しいです。

大人2名、子供1名で宿泊しました。 大浴場、コンビニ、夕食朝食付ですごく安くてチェックインまで心配でした。 予約時は大人2名子供1名で予約ができましたが、追加の人数の料金が入っていないとフロントで言われ、2500円ほどの追加料金を支払いました。 全部で12000円～13000円でした。 アメニティはバスタオル、タオル、バスマットが追加でいただけましたが、スリッパは追加の人にはつかないそうです。今回はご好意でお借り出来ました！ 京都駅からは歩けなくはないですが、季節や荷物を考えるとバスかタクシーの方がいいです。 夕食も社食のような、懐かしの学食のような。 朝食バイキングも一通りあり、どちらもサラダ食べ放題でした。美味しくいただきました^^ 大浴場も広々してます。 お部屋はエレベーターを降りたらほぼ外なので暑い時期は客室に蚊が入ってきます。 京都駅からは少し離れますが、立地や設備、夕朝食付きな事を考えたら本当にコスパ良いホテルです。 京都に今回旅行に訪れましたが、海外の方がどこも多く、こちらのホテルもほぼ海外の方でしたがマナーが悪い等とはあまり思いませんでした。 また京都に行く際はこちらに泊まりたいです。

立地的には地下鉄九条駅から、徒歩７，８分で便利、烏丸通に面しているけど静かです。何より朝夕２食付でこの料金は、素晴らしい。大浴場もあってとっても良かったです。唯一、貸し出し用のアイロンがないのでビジネス客は不向きかな?

Pretty small rooms. Quiet and reasonably clean. We are happy with their free breakfast, supper and public hot spring service, but their bed wasn't really comfortable though. It's better than Good but not yet Excellent. Will recommend to couples who want to spend less on travel for a ok recommendation.

今時、この値段で広い個室で朝食、夕食付き、部屋風呂のほかに大浴場まであるホテルは無いと思う。コスパは最高。 残念だったのは、ベッドに併設されたファブリックのソファがシミだらけで汚れてみえて、座る気も物を置く気にもならなかったこと。 せっかくのコスパ感が削がれる。
