"This was a nice little apartment in Kyoto, close to bus and train station. No coffee or tea in the kitchen. But right next to the Nohga Hotel which has a great coffee bar and bakery. "

"Really really beautiful design and architecture. The rooms felt culturally authentic yet modern. The wooden tubs were such a cool experience. The cleanliness was top tier! Location was in a quiet area that was close to tourist things, without being in the busy, loud areas. "

"The property is very close to Shin-Osaka train station. Close to a few good restaurants and convenience stores. The property is clean. They have a remote check-in. A quick face to face call with an operator gets you all setup with a pass code for your apartment. All is done through tablets available at the main lobby. "

"My stay at the Brighton Hotel was exceptional. The staff were warm and welcoming, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the restaurants offered delicious meals. My only small wish was for American bacon instead of Canadian bacon at the western breakfast—just a personal preference! The standout was the concierge service, especially Ms. Ishii. She was personable, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable, giving a fantastic tour that brought the city to life. Her attention to detail and genuine care made her the best concierge I’ve ever encountered. I also loved how the hotel partners with local businesses for tours and shopping, adding a unique, community-focused touch to my stay. The Brighton Hotel truly excels in hospitality, and Ms. Ishii’s service was the highlight. I can’t wait to return!"

"This was the best all around hotel we’ve ever stayed at around the world, at any price point. Location 10/10, breakfast 10/10, aesthetic 10/10, bakery in the lobby was incredible. The rooms were very large and had all the amenities you could ask for. This hotel was so good we cancelled our next hotel for the rest of our stay in Kyoto and came back here. Can’t say enough good things about this place."

"Awesome and convenient hotel! Easy access to trains. Short distance on train from Kyoto station at a fraction of the cost of the Kyoto station hotels. Quiet park outside hotel. HUGE rooms. Awesome bathrooms. Tons of room compared to other Japan hotels!"
