My only small wish was for American bacon instead of Canadian bacon at the western breakfast—just a personal preference! The standout was the concierge service, especially Ms. Ishii. She was personable, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable, giving a fantastic tour that brought the city to life. Her attention to detail and genuine care made her the best concierge I’ve ever encountered. I also loved how the hotel partners with local businesses for tours and shopping, adding a unique, community-focused touch to my stay. The Brighton Hotel truly excels in hospitality, and Ms. Ishii’s service was the highlight. I can’t wait to return!"

"This was the best all around hotel we’ve ever stayed at around the world, at any price point. Location 10/10, breakfast 10/10, aesthetic 10/10, bakery in the lobby was incredible. The rooms were very large and had all the amenities you could ask for. This hotel was so good we cancelled our next hotel for the rest of our stay in Kyoto and came back here.
