"We had a booking for a stay of less than 24 hrs. We arrived 6 hours early for check-in, hoping they would make an exception, but the staff did not. They asked us to pay extra for the early check-in, which cost us CAD 240 Extra on top of the reservation amount which included all the amenities. "
