"We reserved a room the day before and drove all night to avoid a snow storm. It worked. We arrived at 6:30am. The hotel front desk personnel said they would do their best to get us a room early. And they did. We got a room at 10am and were able to get neesed rest while it snowed heavy. We appreciated the effort of the staff tremendously. We will return. This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel. "
