"No microwave and some rooms don’t even have a mini refrigerator. Also we were on floor three and the elevator was broken the 10 days we were there. The stairs to the third floor were never vacuumed during our stay, needless to say they were quite visibly dirty on the day we left. "

Incredibly clean, well maintained, beautifully decorated and fully stocked with all of your basic needs. The location is perfect, 15 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg. I know this because my room had a weird smell from the chemical they use in the bathrooms and I had to be moved to another unit that was available despite not being offered this option at check-in, even with the valuable member status from Expedia.
