Really bad experience ever , imagine you are tired from a 9hrs long drive and the only thing you want is rest and enjoy your sleep 😴 but guess what? There is a remodeling next to you room and the sound of hammer 🔨 and drilling wake you up since 7 am and last for hours and you are trying to contact from desk, and they never answer the phone NEVEEEEEERR , Horrible service Horrible experience and to finish i found bugs in the bathroom .... disgusting

We booked this hotel because it had good reviews. However, it was not a good experience, when making the reservation it tells you that the room includes: water (which they do not give you. You must order them) even though you have a refrigerator inside the room. Very old and dirty room. With cockroaches inside the room. The bathroom tub didn't have good water drainage, and they don't even put soap to shower you. Very bad experience. Important: they don't have parking, only valet parking and it costs $50 a night.

The photos are extremely deceiving!!!!!! Do not stay here— the filth in this place is like no other. Extremely outdated, disgusting, there are bed bugs. My legs are full of bug bites from sleeping in that disgusting bed. It was new years and unfortunately, we got into town at 11pm. There was no way we could get another room at a different place. They have police and a swat guy working security. I guess because it’s a shady unsafe hotel. They were kicking people out of the bathrooms because of the marihuana smell. When we arrived we were told they are a valet only hotel. The valet was full and we had to park in a very sketchy garage within walking distance with all of our kids walking through very sketchy people and businesses. These folks must be paying the people for these positive reviews.

I had to sleep in a poorly air conditioned room and when i asked the staff about it, they shoved it off as all the rooms are temperature controlled from the tempersture outside. Never will i ever stay there again.

House keeping should clean all occupied rooms everyday unless told otherwise. It was super annoying and very inconvenient to have to go down to the main lobby to ask for towels and tissue. I believe that the phones should be functional in all room.

The staffing was amazing.. from the valet people to the front desk to the restaurant. Great experience. Extremely accommodating. Only two downsides extremely noisy and difficult people across the hall for me that apparently had overstayed their welcome and security was involved. And the room could have been cleaner. Other than that, loved everything about it and will definitely come back.

Stayed in Atlanta for a college football game. Main thing I wanted was walkable to stadium. 20 min walk was easy. Close to several bars and restaurants. I didn’t really use the hotel’s facilities

This hotel was reasonably comfortable and clean. It was about a 12 minute walk to Centennial Park and other attractions. However, it is in need of repair and renovations as it is somewhat noticeably older and run down. In addition, the smell of marijuana was pervasive on our non smoking floor at various hours of the day. The staff was pleasant and courteous. I would not recommend this hotel for a long stay. But it was fine for a couple of nights.
