"Excellent, luxurious stay. This huge hotel is a well-oiled machine and functions brilliantly. Breakfast was superb. Staff extremely helpful. Meal options are varied but pricey. Would stay again."

"Clean hotel with good service. Building and decor need refreshment. No bulb in the lamp in my children's room (family room). Not a massive issue so I didn’t mention it to staff, who I'm sure would have sorted it. Bathroom excellent and loads of room. Breakfast buffet not available but hotel wasn't busy and hot breakfast was available on request. We miss the swimming pool. Brilliant location."

"They gave us an upgraded room at no request upon arrival, two free drinks in the bar as it was my birthday! The room was so lovely, the bed was unbelievably comfortable! The soap etc in the bathroom smelled divine, so much I’m now hunting online to see if we can purchase it! Also the aircon was fantastic!"
