"Only criticism is no lift as we were on 3rd floor lots of steps to climb. Have been informed however that a lift is going to be installed in 2025."

"Location is excellent. A quick walk to Oystermouth Castle and Oyster Bay. Restaurant menu is diverse and food is delicious. Staff is excellent. Many thanks to Arun and Josie and the rest of the staff who insured our stay was most enjoyable. "

"The best customer service i have received in my (not short) life. Gavin went way beyond good in that he drove to me when i was lost and my navigation not working, following which he then took me to the shops in his car in the dark and rain so as i could eat!"
