"It was absolutely wonderful- very clean and welcoming and the bed was really comfortable. Also the scent of the toiletries was beautiful. The only issue was that when I phoned about where to park, I was put through to a central office and not the hotel - so although I was told the right car park, I paid upfront online, as I was not told about the hotel code that essentially made it half price. Not the hotel’s fault just the central call office 😊"

" THE STAFF WAS OUTSTANDING,DUE TO A PROBLEM WITH MY CAR, WE HAD TO WAIT HOURS FOR THE BREAKDOWN COMPANY TO ARRIVE AND WE WERE LOOKED AFTER BY THE STAFF,THEY EVEN USED THEIR COMPUTER TO SORT THINGS OUT FOR US"

"What an amazing stay! It met all our expections and exceeded them in most areas. The hotel is truly a top class place, but what made it a 5 star stay was the staff. Without exception they were all totally focussed on making our stay memorable. They succeeded!
