"Good location, but no car park. The hotel staff really friendly and noting is too much trouble. Surprisingly quiet as for the location. Room a bit small, small double bed, limited space, sink top big to the proportion of the bathroom, limits the use. Light was not working in the room, only side lights, but that wasn't an issue. "

"Ideal hotel if you’re visiting Swansea Arena. Was only just over a fiver for an uber/taxi. Really friendly staff and a lovely bar and lounge area. The road side of the hotel is quite noisy, although didn’t worry us as we normally sleep with a fan on at night, so the noise wasn’t a trouble. The only real issue was the thickness of the mattress. Beds only have a thin mattress and a topper, which for us wasn’t very comfortable. We also found the pillows were super soft and weren’t very supportive ,...

"3pm check in and 12 noon check out are great 👍 However, room was very dark with barely any natural light. Had ordered twin beds but we got a double. Called front desk who said they were fully booked and couldn't offer anything other than single duvets. Not ideal as were friends sharing, not a couple. One sidetable was really dusty, cleaners must have missed this many times! Also had a room that could adjoin the one next door so not soundproof at all. No robes or slippers provided in the room...

"Overall it was good. I did have, however a malfuntion with the toliet/bathroom on my final night's stay with you guys but I did inform a memebrr of staff about it, so that i didnt check out and the next guest had to deal with the issue. But it was perfect for my purpose of staying."
