"This was an overnight stay coming from a cruise, and they accommodated an earlier check-in for us without issue. Staff was friendly from Luggage Services at arrival through staff in The Apron for our meal. They arranged a very early wake up and taxi service to the airport the next morning and everything went as planned. "

"Hotel was great, but two of the lifts were out of action which lead to over crowded lifts and kind delays s getting too and from the room. "

"Rooms were nice with parking. Not too far from Vancouver and close to the Richmond Night Market if you plan on checking that out. "

"We were able to check in early. Our a/c quit working and they quickly switched us to a room next door. All of the staff we interacted with were amazing."

"Room is clean. It was a good experience. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is decent, and have all the basic breakfast, such as scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, yogurt, bread, waffle, oatmeal, sausage, muffins, apple, orange juice, coffee, tea, etc. lots of good restaurants around the area."
