Staff in the lobby and security excellent, however the area have a lot of weird/homeless people it is not in the Main Street. The hotel is clean but the furniture and the fixtures are rust and old and it is not cheap needs update. Me personally I will not stay there again. I was concern about my safety when I walk to the parking lot. This is my personal experience.

Old building and facilities. The lobby was fine and had a corn hole game set up and chess, a small casino and diner. The room was clean enough, the old carpet had stains and there were some paint patches on the wall. Everything in the room worked but was quite shabby- the toilet handle wouldn't flush sometimes and the tub didn't drain until after we had left the room for the day. The bed was firm with blankets as thin as towels. When we asked for more towels in the morning were told they didn't have any available. Staff was pleasant though. The outside area had a few unsavory-looking people loitering around day and night, although none of them bothered us at all. Overall, if you need a cheap place to stay this works, but if you can afford more then do so.

Do not stay here! The wording “Hotel and Casino” is the most misleading wording you’ve ever read, it is in the ghetto, more than a mile away from downtown, and the casino is nothing but a small smelly room with slot machines. This is a really bad location, sketchy, scary, and not where you want to stay.

Very shady neighborhood. Good front desk. Bed was comfortable. Room is old and run down. Either remodel or bulldoze. Left at 1:30am, we were just passing through. Security guy treated us as part of the homeless riftraft absolutely shamed me for leaving my empty creamer on the cart (i didn't want to leave on the ground), he told me to throw it away past the building way out in the parking lot. He has NO customer service experience probably because of the homeless problem and hookers coming and going. Paid an extra $27 to check in early. Front desk gal was overwhelmed with a guy wanting to get into his room but didn't have id. I would not recommend this property nor stay her again. This property should be demolished. Stained carpet, stinky shower curtain, old dirty room. I'm sorry to leave a horrible review. Expedia needs to visit this property before they link their name to it.
