The Zen Hotel Palo Alto

2.5 star property
9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (1016)
"Overall great value in great, quiet location with walking to parks, shopping. For the hotel I would recommend: friendlier, welcoming staff. The process took twice as long to check in as a normal hotel. No smiles or greetings were given. And the lobby is lit up like a hospital - highly recommend soft white bulbs on dimmers. Same for room - most of the the bulbs were hospital white. I would also add Shower Gel to the Shampoo and Conditioner. Tiny bar or soap for shower no bueno. "
