"My go-to hotel when I'm staying in the Palo Alto area. Always a pleasure; always a great experience. "
"What a stunning and charming historic hotel in the heart of Palo Alto. The staff is fantastic, the hotel decor and style is gorgeous and unique, the rooms are beautifully decorated and appointed and the roof-top lounge is a must for the view and a drink by the fire. Would 100% recommend. This hotel a total gem."
"In the heart of Palo Alto next to all the restaurants. We took 2 suites. Both on the 4th floor. Excellent layout, sunlight, furniture, bedding and bathroom cleanliness. Boutique hotel lived up to our expectations from the valet to housekeeping. If you have a room facing the courtyard, expect a bit of echo from the il fornaio terrace downstairs but it is not significant. Definitely coming back."
