"The grounds were beautiful. Rooms were nice. The staff wasn’t terribly welcoming or friendly. They definitely could have amped up the service factor when I arrived. They made me feel as if I was greatly inconveniencing them to check in and didn’t leave room for questions. After that part was over the rest of my stay was great! "

"This is a beautiful property, and is older hotel that has been remodeled. You get the benefits of an old fashioned hotel like larger room, quiet, mature trees and landscape. We had room with view of the creek ( dry in the fall) that is surrounded with trees and plants. Just the relaxing site before procedure at Stanford hospital. Will stay again."
