Hotels with Internet in Ore Mountains, Europe

"The service was terrible. We booked a room online that said SLEPT 4…. It was a queen sized bed, in a room with barely any walking room around the bed. Literally 2 people would have been squished, so we had to upgrade (since we had 2 children with us). Online it said that there were TWO restaurants on site (one was closed and they didn’t mention that).. online it also said they had childcare (they didnt) We were told free parking - it was 30 euro. No one spoke English. So frustrating....

"Schöne gemütliche Ferienwohnung. Allerdings ist das Zimmer im oberen Bereich nur über eine „Notfalltreppe“ erreichbar. Für kleine Kinder oder Menschen mit Einschränkung nicht geeignet."
