On arrival, found out you don’t stay in the schloss, rather a very unattractive side building, freezing cold, tiny room. "The very old but well maintained Chateau is in the centre of a sprawling estate that includes rolling fields and tidy vineyards. In-room TVs and new showers do not take away from the "old chateau" experience. Look forward to a longer visit next time! "

It was exceptionally difficult to say goodbye after 5 nights. Isabella, Natalie AND Stephen and Michel were the most charming hosts. We will never forget their care to guests. We look forward to returning again and is a great place for a base camp if you want to visit La Rochell or Il de Re or so many other places...
