"Children can use spa any time up to 8:30pm. I like it no prebook to spa/gym, just turn up when you feel like. Would be good if check out time is 12pm like Hilton. because spa opens at 9:30am and breakfast finishes at 10am. "

Sri was still a greeter and remembered us even though we haven't been back since pre-Covid. It was a pleasure to be greeted every morning when we came down to venture this great city. "The hotel is in an excellent location for exploring London. Rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The breakfast provided each morning was delicious and had plenty of options. Only small downsides were that the room decor is a bit dated as noted by other reviews, particularly in the bathrooms, and the breakfast space is too small for the number of people there on the weekends. I'd encourage the hotel to consider additional seating spaces on those days such as allowing guests to take their breakfast into the Club Room. Overall, a great stay, and we would happily return! "
