"Hotel is not as new as the others in the area but still very beautiful, clean and comfortable. The staff that helped us was just amazing, I mentioned it was our anniversary and they just went above and beyond to make our time there very special, I would recommend."

"The hotel is walkable from Piccadilly station taking about 12 minutes. It is close to bars and eateries making it a good spot for a night out. I stayed with my granddaughter and had a room with two double beds, the room was huge. The bathroom had both bath and shower and the fridge, iron and ironing board were very helpful additions. The best part of the stay was the breakfast which was absolutely second to none. The choices were endless with options of full cooked buffet breakfast, continental, and also cooked to order special, absolutely brilliant."

"Right in the centre of Birmingham, a short walk from 2 train stations. Comfortable, clean rooms. Will stay again when next in town. "

"This was a great location for a first trip to London. Easy access to the subway, so close to covent garden markets, and walkable to other interesting areas as well. The big red bus stop is also just outside the doors. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. I would stay here again!"
