"Great location and cracking value. Lovely room with everything you needed. The only thing which was not 5 stars was the physical location of the breakfast hall and the quality of the food and service on offer. However this is really a minor issue for the price paid. The fact that the breakfast is served in the college 1 minute's walk away is stated on the website."

"Best bits of this hotel - easy self check in and check out. Everything else is really quite basic which corresponds the price. It is great if you need to stay somewhere as you wait over for a flights in Edinburgh. Tram stops are in a walkable distance, or we just walked to the centre - I think it took us less than hour. "When we got to the hotel, we find it out of the city. Not as accessible as we thought it would be. But when we started exploring, it was not too bad. Train station is walkable, maybe 10-15 minutes walk. Restaurant at the spa is a bit pricey and no grocery store onsite. Small bottled water at the vendo is 3.85 euro.
