"Crisp, clean and full doorman British service. All staff were amazing. We would turn on the "Make up room" light, and by the time we got back from breakfast, our room was clean! The Breakfast was so very worth the price. Full global selections plus menu items - all included in an opulent setting. They even have a to-go breakfast station for those in a hurry. Did I mention the heated towel racks and the iron and ironing board, and the beverage/safe closet???"

"Great hotel with excellent staff, Penelope checked us in and she was wonderful. The room was very nice and we had a great view of the living tree. The hotel is close to the Berlin TV Tower, Museum Island and lots of restaurants. There is also a very nice laundromat about a 10 min walk. Next visit to Berlin we will definitely stay here again. "
