"We enjoy this hotel. Restaurant is excellent both morning and evening. Staff is helpful and knowledgable. The one glaring downside is the entry locks into the room. The key will work only after much twisting, turning and pulling of the door. We wondered daily if we would be able to get into our room without assistance. We noticed others on our floor with similar issues so not just a one room problem. We will return again but hopefully this issue will get resolved."

"My one disappointment was the staffs inability to assist me with options during the scheduled rail strike. I was made aware that this is a way of life in Rome. However, just to put your hands up and say " can't help you because I am in a union too" There should. be something in place to address this issue for guest. It really made me fell like my comfort "really" was not that important. So why pay a higher rate for average assistance. "
