"We visited Florence as a family for sightseeing. The hotel was a perfect location for sight seeing being only a ten minute walk into the centre of the city (academica museum). The hotel staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful during our stay. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and set us up well for a long day of sightseeing. Our room was spacious enough to accommodate a single (for our daughter) and a double bed. The room was very clean and had nice facilities. If I returned to Florence, I certainly wouldn't hesitate returning to this hotel. "

"Excellent staff and service from the moment you walk through those floor to ceiling glass doors until the moment you leave. Didn't love the shower (half door) design where water kept splashing out nor the very temperamental hot water but the rooms were spacious with connecting doors, the beds and turn down service made every night cozy and comfortable and the location simply could not be beat."

"Clean and modern Sheraton hotel located inside the airport. A 1-2 minute walk to the terminal, 1-2 minute walk from the car rental agency. We stayed here because we had an early morning flight, which allowed us to leave the car there the night before and everything was very easy the morning of our flight."
