"It was ikia tower .. first room had broken AC and smells .. changed to new room but had some smell. We were told the tower is old. Not given access to pools. Overall was nice to stay in the area. "

"This is the perfect location for Waikiki Beach. A room with a city view is the perfect way to wind down a day of sightseeing on the island. The staff members are super friendly. Glad I chose this location. "

"Everything is ok except the bed. My back hurt so much because the bed was turned off. "

"Unfortunately, we sort of got downgraded it seems and received a smaller room when I asked if there was anything higher up than the fourth floor. Agent did not mention this room would be considerably smaller and closer to main street. We were disappointed but, it ended up being adequate enough. "
