My family and I stayed here November 2024. Loved the location. Only downside was the elevators not working or skipping past your floor. But they did allow us to use the service elevator, so it wasn’t terrible just a bit inconvenient at times. Loved the view from our room. Overall we had a great time.

One of the worst kept Sheraton locations I’ve stayed at. Elevators broken over several week stay, told to take service elevator. Dining was DISGUSTING with birds eating/drinking off unkept meals.. also watched the birds on multiple occasions using the coolers to stay warm and going to the bathroom on top. I never write reviews, this by far was the worst experience on Waikiki in many years… AVOID at all costs

This property was very conveniently located in the heart of the Waikiki shopping area right next to the International Market Place. Which is really nice but since my room faces Market Place, I could hear karaoke nights from the Shorefire pub! The service is great. I love that they have automatic doors for their ADA rooms. Most hotels do not have this. A great feature for a solo disabled traveler using a motorized scooter.

We had an amazing stay at this property with our 2 year old daughter. The hotel room was newly renovated and a beautiful ocean view room in a high floor, was very spacious and well appointed. The pool area is perfect for kids and adults alike. The beach is right across the road along with all the restaurants and local attractions you need. Already planning our next stay!

We would like to congratulate all the workers and room service who were attentive all seven days to ensure that the room was clean and clean towels were provided every day and they made us feel very comfortable. We will definitely return!!

Very comfortable with friendly staff. Convenient to beach,shopping and restaurants. My only critique is that the prices at the restaurant/bar are high. I had a fruit cup and breakfast sandwich with a glass of water, and it was $42 including tip. An order of fish and chips is $31. Not sure the convenience is woth the high price.
