"Lovely location in first row to the beach. Hotel somewhat dated. Carpets in rooms at least 40 years old with that entails of dirt embedded that they hide with spray. On the day of arrival they send a threatening letter about extra charges, and not a welcoming letter."

"It was really nice resort, lots of shopping and dining options around. Nice beach close by but the swimming pools were small and crowded. "

"We stayed for 4 nights for our wedding with friends, and it was a wonderful experience. The setting was quite different from a beach resort, offering a beautiful jungle rainforest atmosphere. Our room (#35) had a great view and a nice kitchenette. We rented a car, but for our friends who didn’t, it was a bit challenging since there are no nearby restaurants or shops (Safeway is about a 10-minute drive away). We found Uber to be more reliable than Lyft for getting around. The staff were very kind...

"Love walking literally across the street to Waikiki beach. Everything else is also so close walking distance (the walking strip filled with shopping, restaurants and other fine hotels/dining)"

"We very much enjoyed our stay at Aulani! Our room was very clean, the cast members were very friendly, we loved seeing the fab 5 in their tropical outfits but best of all we enjoyed our view of the sunset while sitting at the beach at the resort."
