Easy access to the beach and pool. Very friendly staff and comfortable room. There was repair going on during the day so pretty noisy for grandkids’ naptime. Then late night noise from next door hotel that finally quieted down around midnight EVERY night. I would ask about ongoing repairs before booking again.

Moana Surfrider provided a room in their Diamond Wing. While the hotel looks amazing, this side of the property, rooms seemed quite old and used. The staff were amazing and very helpful except for one customer service agent who was ungrateful towards us and acted as she owned the hotel. Anyways, the rest was great. We loved the location, the 30sec walk to Waikiki Beach, pool, and the food at their beachside bar. The breakfast was okayish, definitely worth going out to other local bakeries and eateries for breakfast.

Beautiful resort right in Waikiki beach. I loved how close it us to all the shops and you can walk up and down the coast of Oahu. Very central to everything.

The ocean view was insanely gorgeous. I didn’t like how easily accessible it was for literally anybody to walk in and thru the property. I’d suggest to have the beach walk accessible to public during the day and closed after a certain hour. This way you ensure the safety of your guests and the public

The odors from the carpet throughout the property must be addressed. Additionally, the pool renovation is necessary, and a jacuzzi needs to be added for enhanced relaxation.

Property well maintained, staff very friendly, rooms spacious. Know before you go: as of October 2024, all rooms with balconies have the balcony closed for renovation.
