The room was broken... the tub was filthy not from staff but from years of dinge... its like the owner bought it cheap from hooters made the most minor adjustments just enough to pass code and turn a profit. The water was freezing it took 10 minutes to get to at least luke warm. The tub was stopped up. Elecator is broken and there is a chance pf gwtting stuck on the floor a dog was BARKING next to us. And they CHARGED my card 300 dollars for I DONT KNOW WHAT. The entire room was worth 100 bucks to furnish and paint. I have never stayed in a more deplorable hotel conditions. More like a norman bates motel with heavy lysol smell. Youd be better off and have a more CLEAN experiece at the motel 6 next door. I have stayed at 20 hotels. Over the past 10 yesrs in vegas and this is BY far the worst.

Charged for parking. 6 hours after paying hotel sent me a link for 19 dollars instead of 22 dollars. Web site has 250 deposit per policy. When you show up they require 350. None of this is on the expedia web site. I waited 2 hours in line to check in. The room had no mini fridge or microwave. I was in Vegas for a softball tournament and i had no where to keep food or warm food up.

Huge mistake even if for one night .. it's not just old but terribly dirty.. it was so dusty, from the carpet to drapes and the ac units.. my allergies were so triggered ..we checked in 2 am so we don't have much of a choice... The hotel was extremely dirty, the room had bugs, bathroom had no toilet paper, the vents on the heater were full of dust and insects, still trying to get our money back as we walked in and left. We went to the front desk and told them about all of our complaints and was no surprise to her and I requested my money back and she informed me I have to go through Expedia. I have gotten no where so stay away from the oyo hotel on the strip and Expedia! Still no refund

The front desk lady clearly didn’t want to be there—she looked absolutely miserable. Honestly, I can’t blame her; I wouldn’t want to work in that hotel either. My room was depressing: just a bed, two chairs, and a crappy TV. None of the lamps worked, there was no body wash or conditioner in the shower, and when I tried calling the front desk for help, no one answered. To make matters worse, the maids left me a used towel with hairs on it.

I booked a room at OYO Hotel in Las Vegas through Expedia, where the deal stated I would pay $78 for one night in a room with two beds. Everything seemed fine during the booking process, but when I arrived at the hotel, I was informed at the front desk that I needed to pay an additional $300 deposit to get the room. This unexpected fee brought my total cost to over $350, which was far more than I anticipated after booking online. Additionally, I was told at check-in that breakfast would be free at the Hooters restaurant in the lobby. This turned out to be completely false, as no free breakfast was provided. The lack of transparency about the additional costs and the misleading information about amenities made this a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel to others and suggest looking elsewhere in Las Vegas.

The hotel was dirty. The floor was not vacuumed. There is a construction going on near the hotel that makes lots of noises from 8 am, and you will not be able to sleep after 8 am. They will charge you extra 300 dollar at entrance, and they are very slow in returning back that money. I am not even sure whether they will return that money or not.They do not have regular cleaning service, and each time you must ask them for cleaning your room and you should wait a lot to get that service. Sometimes you might even ran out of toilet papers, so buy your own toilet paper if you decide to choose this hotel! The elevator is small and cannot handle population in busy days, so you might wait 15 minutes to go up or down. The only good thing about this hotel is that it is close to the Main Street, anything else about this hotel was problematic. They will ask you for extra money for the refrigerator in the room!!!!! I never recommend this hotel to anyone and I believe they should be more honest in advertising their hotel, its pictures, and initial high charging fee should be announced on the website or Expedia.

We were required to place a $300 deposit and commit to not smoking or vaping in the room but as soon as we walked into the room the smell of weed was so overwhelming we immediately called the hotel operator for help. They transferred us to housekeeping where nobody picked up. When we called the hotel operator, the phone rang and rang and they never answered. We went out into the hall and talked to 2 housekeepers who were apologetic and suggested we return to the front desk. We returned to the front desk to an exceptionally long line. While in line, we called the phone number on the website to see if we could get faster service but all we got was a recording saying the phone number was not available in our area! So I used Google for another phone number and got through to someone in customer service. He said he was unable to provide us with a new room but would have housekeeping come to service the room. BUT housekeeping had already told me there was nothing they could do about the overwhelming smell and that I would need to get a new room. When I told that to the employee I was speaking to and asked him what my options were he said “I don’t know” and HUNG UP on me. We waited over 30 minutes (for the second time) at the front desk before we were able to speak with another employee who did move us to another room but with no apology or acknowledgment to our frustration and wasted time. I suggest everyone avoid this property until their employees are properly trained.

I conveniently near the Las Vegas Strip, enjoyed the casino, and Hooters restaurant But all the different fees and stagnate water smell in my bathroom, left me unsatisfied.

Rooms were horribly dirty. Dirty Q-tips in one, shower floor felt like sand was in the bottom of tub, rust on the floor from under sink, and the other room had someones toothbrush in the shower, so you know it wasn't cleaned. Elevators were broken, asked for a roll away bed waited 2 hours and never came. No coffee in room. No where to plug in charger.
