"Great welcome after a long days travelling Friendly accommodating staff , who went out of way to help me . I was a little anxious as my first visit to USA but nothing was too much trouble for them . Didn’t explore all hotel facilities , as short stay and explored other nearby places but would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Miami Beach "

"The rooms are not as pictured. Elevator and tv did not work at check in with information that repair service had been requested. By the time we left days later, both still not repaired. Despite these inconveniences, the room was clean and quiet, location was great, staff members were extremely friendly and attentive. There were complimentary bikes, beach chairs and towels during our stay, which were also great."
