I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was not worth the price. The rooms are outdated and clearly in need of an upgrade. Despite booking with free parking included, the manager refused to honor it. Even after I showed him my booking details and forwarded the confirmation email, he continued to make excuses, saying he'd talk to the accounts team or check later, but he never followed through. It was frustrating and unprofessional. The only positive is the location—right on the beach, which is beautiful. However, with the additional unexpected $55 per day for parking on top of an already high room rate, the value simply isn’t there. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless management improves their customer service and follows through on what they promise at booking.

Overall the hotel was good however, there was only one elevator servicing the entire hotel with no sign of the other one being fixed / repaired.

Pros: Great staff service. Love the beach access and location. Cons: This is our third year staying here and each visit only had one elevator in service. A non alcoholic drink at check in would be nice.

Everything was wonderful. I do wish they would have a courtesy overnights parking for guests though. 55 dollars is a lot and I’d rather tip the valet $20 each time
