While this is a trendy hotel in a good location for south beach - the rooms are very small and outdated . One elevator was out of service for our entire stay, leaving one small elevator for all hotel guests resulting in long waits .

We LOVE the property, staff, food options, etc...! Staff was very kind to let my wife eat and drink before I arrived with the credit card to cover the stay and other expenses. We will be back. The only complaint is our room was next to a storage room and elevators so it was noisy at times. I'm surprised Expedia considers the a VIP stay?

It was the first time I stayed in an adult only hotel, and it was definitely a lot quieter and more peaceful. They had two different pools and it was really relaxing and enjoyable to have a margarita while standing in the corner of the pool.

Understandably, we wanted to go home to our own doctor. The Assistant Director, Alejandra, gave us NO consideration for reducing the cost for the night we didn't stay. The rooms had adjoining doors which made privacy non existence. I changed rooms to avoid the noise but each room i could hear the neighbor as if they were in my room. There was only one elevator in service which made for crowded elevator and long wait times. I did enjoy their pool area and the staff was very friendly and attentive.

The property is beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful. Being an adult only resort was nice because it was quiet and relaxing. I’ll definitely be back!

Nice property and the Pool is wonderful. Location is great and Lincoln road is a short walk away. Staff is very friendly and professional. The only issue is that one of the two elevators broke down two days into my stay so get up to and down from room was a very slow at times.

I've received an handicapped room! You charge the extra to get a regular room though. I'm a gold member with Expedia. Very disappointed
