⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect Stay – Ocean Views, Great Food & Personalized Service! Our stay at the Cadillac Hotel was absolutely amazing! We loved our queen room with an ocean view—it was spacious, clean, and had the most breathtaking view of the water. Waking up to the sound of the waves was pure bliss! One of the standout aspects of our stay was the exceptional service. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we loved that it was the same team throughout the day, which made our experience feel truly personalized. They got to know us (and our dog!) and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was perfect—delicious, fresh, and well-prepared every time. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the quality remained consistently high. Speaking of consistency, the service was impeccable from start to finish, making our entire stay smooth and enjoyable. With its pet-friendly atmosphere, stunning views, and top-notch service, the Cadillac Hotel exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to return for another unforgettable getaway!

I have stayed here on three occasions with my teenage daughters. Always a solid choice. Conveniently located and clean. Check is isn’t the best, always a long line.

The bathroom cleanliness was poor. We found hair and even a cigarette butt. Moreover, the bathroom had a strong, unpleasant odor, and the sink was poorly cleaned and broken. It really seemed poorly maintained. Despite that, the bed was very comfortable, and the food was very good.

Rooms were extremely clean and up to date. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here if visiting Miami Beach. The hotel had a nice pool and hot tubs along with easy beach access.

Poor follow through from front desk staff Room 1013 is in a fire escape stairwell - really bad with no handicap access - this SHOULD BE DISCLOSED Expedia booked guests treated differently

The WiFi was not working in the room (or any of the rooms) and the rooms by the lift/elevator were very noisy. (805). Apart from that the staff were helpful and the rooms nice.
