The staff was so nice and attentive. The hotel dining was actually really good. Such a beautiful property overall. Room wasn’t as clean as I would have liked but nothing that took away from the trip experience.

This hotel went above and beyond to accommodate our family . The valet was so smooth and fast and very courteous. I loved the dj at the bar on Saturday the best part on this stay I had to bring the kiddos and we were able to enjoy some drinks . My little one enjoyed getting ice cream at the cafe and the special treats they have throughout the day when we didn’t have time to eat at the restaurant while heading out for the beach . I enjoyed how close this was to all the popular spots. Just walk out and you have access to lots of dining , bars and shopping .

The location on the ocean is beautiful, but otherwise, the hotel is not worth the hype. It was dirty, and there was hair in my coffee pot! Even after complaining about that, there was no adjustment to my rate.

They advertise themselves as family/baby-friendly with all kinds of amenities, but Every step along the way to get those things was a Herculean effort. Ramon (manager) was incredible and got all of our issues sorted out quickly, but it took 36 hours and multiple failed attempts from others to get there.
