Easy to park, there is parking lot next to hotel, the parking fee which was reasonable. The room I booked for one night is much bigger than in the picture. I will be back if I revisit Miami.

Our stay started off with some unfortunate mishaps. First we couldn’t check in to our room until 4:40pm due to the maid ‘cleaning it’. Got to the room and there was hair in jacuzzi outside and rust in the same tub. Also upstairs the rug was still wet. Our fridge didn’t work either. I was so exhausted from an early morning flight didn’t go to front desk till 8:30 am the next day to advise them of this. I told them everything going on - fridge, broken toilet paper holders, wet floor and hair in jacuzzi and they assured me they would send someone to the room. We left for the morning and came back several hours later. We arrived back to see nothing was handled. I had to call again. Customer relations was very helpful and had someone finally bring a fridge. However nothing else was handled. She however did offer a a small refund for our inconveniences and provided a late check out. She offered to move our room to a different room also but it was too much work to do that, as we were 3 women and had bachelorette decor everywhere and we were leaving the next day. I spent so much time at the front desk I didn’t want to waste another minute of my vacation packing up my stuff and moving to another room. I lost too many hours already dealing with nonsense.

The main pool was closed for most of our stay (3/5 days) and the hotel did not notify us before our stay so we could make other arrangements or compensate us in any way. The wifi did not work on all of our devices (phones, tablets and laptops) for our entire stay and when I asked the front desk for help they said it’s working fine for them so it must be all of our devices. There was garbage on our balcony from the previous guests which was not cleaned all 5 days of our stay, so I can imagine how not thorough the rest of the cleaning was. None of the pools get sun after the morning (12pm noon) because it goes behind the hotel (not the hotels fault but not ideal for a beach vacation). Property overall was dated.

room maintenance could be better - didnt get the iron and stand when called until next day. one already in the room was broken and iron wont work - valet was good but slow on weekend but asking for tip after every parking. - bathroom commode was not working and flushing so we had to manually flush it by lifting the water tank lid. wont do it again!

These is probably our sixth or seventh time at Eden Rock. Unfortunately the quality has dropped significantly. Check in was very bland. No upgrade offered even though we have a VIP status and they had a lot of rooms available. We ended up paying extra because the room we were given was unacceptable. Also the main pool was closed for renovation for the whole 4 days we were there and even they have other small pool open it was just not the same. Food was also overpriced and worse than before. The holiday decorations was a good touch though and brightened up the lobby. Come on, get your act together Eden Rock. I am still looking forward to staying with you next year

Thermostat was completely useless, supposed to be able to walk out of our balcony onto the pool, couldn’t do that we had a blockade in our way. Housekeeping inconsistent making it hard to stay out of their way. Music playing for 5 hours straight shaking our room played by them. Hallway stank of sewer gas, hidden fees in everything with no explanation. Connected restaurant overpriced and mediocre. View only saving grace. Service was unresponsive and cold, asked for duvet got a sheet. Toilet paper also ass.

My first experience at Eden Roc left me mixed feelings, with highlights and drawbacks. When I arrived on Sunday, a friendly and courteous staff greeted me, making the check-in process a breeze. The resort itself was clean, although it felt somewhat dated. One disappointment came when we decided to order dessert through room service. Unfortunately, the food didn’t meet our expectations regarding presentation or taste, and it seemed significantly overpriced. It’s also worth noting that additional resort fees were associated with using room service. Despite that, we appreciated receiving a $150 voucher for food and beverages, which added a nice touch to our stay. Our accommodations included two oceanfront rooms with balconies; the views were spectacular. However, the spa experience was less impressive. While the facility was clean, it, too, felt dated, and my relaxation was interrupted by the sounds of landscaping and drilling as the team worked on the pool. To make matters worse, the spa ran out of robes and shower shoes, leaving some guests with white plastic bags for their clothing instead of proper lockers and the need to walk around in their shoes (I.e. Sneakers) instead of spa provided slides. Despite these issues, I did enjoy my massage, as my masseuse did a fantastic job. On a positive note, our receptionist, Ilda, provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to ensure we had a good experience.

We loved this beautiful hotel! The room was comfortable and spacious, and the pool and beach access were top tier. All of the staff we spoke with were friendly and helpful - we can’t wait to stay here again in the future!

We upgraded for a fee although our friends were upgraded for free. The room was old, a leak made a section of the carpet soaking wet and my husband kept forgetting and ending up with wet socks, there wet stains on the bathroom wall above the sink that was very weird. There was an alarm sounding in the room next door that completely disrupted our sleep and it took them 24 hours to solve the problem. After multiple calls and trips to the front desk they barely acknowledged the inconvenience (sent 2 small bottles of cheap Prosecco sent to the room and left several messages for me to contact them to see how they can improve my stay). Hello, this is your job and you should know how to improve my stay without me having to spell it out. Upon checkout had a problem with the bill vs what our Expedia records show that now we have to deal with after the fact. The pool bathrooms are disgustingly smelly with a sewer issue. I’m talking so bad you’d rather make the trip back to your room. When I brought it to their attention they seemed surprised which just cannot be possible. Overall a good value if you aren’t looking for high end. The location was great for us and the staff are super friendly and good at their jobs. Maybe we would try again but I’m not sure.

Every thing is fine, just be careful about the fridge in the room, if you touch anything it will activate a sensor and you will be charged, unless you check your bill and ask for cancellation.
