"Very efficient and accommodating staff"

"My positive impression of Midori Clark started at the entrance. I was greeted by 3 security guards walk in to the hotel on my way to the check-in lobby. 2 staff ask me for my passport and it went uphill from there. The staff were courteous, told me how important all the customers who comes in to the hotel. We expect customers to have a wonderful stay. And for one, I experienced it. The staff the food and housekeeping provides excellent services."

"The hotel is an old run-down hotel. We do not have hot water on our first day. Wall paper is peeling off, carpets are so old and dirty, towels are old, and this place needs a full complete renovation."

"Staff were very attentive, efficient, and courteous. Management should accept any senior ID that will entitle them to a senior discount. By law, regardless of nationality, upon presentation of ID is enough to such a privilege. Management should aware of this. I was denied the discount, because I do not have the regular Senior ID card, but I have my passport & license to indicate that I am a senior citizen."

"Our room was comfortable and quiet. My only disappointment was having only one hand towel in the bathroom. Most hotels provide a set of two hand towels and two bath towels for a twin room. Also, soap and shampoo dispensers were not easy to use - either they were attached too high or the dispensers were old. The "pump" would get stuck."
