"Staying at this iconic hotel was a truly great experience. We encountered a couple of issues initially which were quickly resolved by the wonderful staff. Every staff member we encountered was professional, friendly and incredibly helpful. We dined twice at the restaurant Spices which served delicious fare and once in the lobby which was similarly tasty. The spa is on the smaller side but we both thoroughly enjoyed our treatments by highly skilled members of staff. One thing to single out is...

"Not sure if I was upgraded or there was just no available room with 2p urn beds when I have checked in, and ended up having a king bed and they added a second bed which made the room too crowded and unsightly. Considering I have made my reservations too far out. "
