"Great location in downtown Manila. You are welcomed by smiling faces and friendly reception. The porter is eager to help with your luggage. The facilities are lovely and feel like an old style Marriott or Hilton. They have a balcony in front of the rooms that overlooks a swimming pool. The busiest street market is literally in front of the hotel and it’s walking distance to the Moa Mall and trains. Lots of transportation options are available and it’s next door to Heritage Casino Hotel....

"Staff are nice and helpful. The air conditioner wasn't strong enough so they brought me a fan which they did promptly. The room didn't have towels, which I found out after I took a shower. The staff in general are very nice and I feel like it's a solid hotel but they need to double check things like towels and so forth."
